I found this in your server log, from my knowledge you cannot load a filter script that's loaded already so use "/rcon reloadfs mapedit" to reload it, if you do "/rcon unloadfs mapedit" and "/rcon loadfs mapedit" it'll not show errors while loading. Make sure you write it correctly too.

Also note, I found this in your server.cfg it shows that it's loaded already so you don't need to load it in game as it's loaded already.
