Do you have any skin mods?
The crash that is happening is at stage of rendering/transforming the atomics(renderware stuff) and is probably DFF related.
It's also possible that vehicles cause this, be sure that you have a clean gta:sa w/o any mods if any.
If you can't reproduce this crash on other system then it's most probably a faulty gta:sa.
