Make a script with a background object which is one-colored in a color that is not used by any vehicle (probably light blue), spawn every vehicle in front of it (like 3 seconds per ID) and hit F8 everytime.
After 636 seconds you should have high-res pictures of every vehicle with easily removable backgrounds (Photoshop, GIMP).
I'm not sure if this would work out well because of lightning and stuff, but after searching on ****** a while I didn't find any good source for all vehicles, except this:

For getting all images you could use JDownloader or HTTPGrabber.
