Well, reinstalled GTA for 5th time and the bug still happens. I dont have any mod and neither cleo installed, it doesn't happen in single player, it only happens playing SAMP and i have noticed Process Memory gets higher than Working set in F5 menu when this bug appears. So yeah its most likely a SAMP client error related and it started with the last update. Any fix?
