Didn't know how to title this, but my friend can only run his server on localhost, 127.0.0 (Or w/e it is) meaning I nor any of our friends can join the server. He set the IP to his main routers IP and yes he has port forwarded it but this is what is says.



Please help, we want to play on a SAMP server together to generally mess about but this is stopping us. The server is ran on MySQL, he uses Navicat Premium
