I was also facing this problem, but i Just did chmod 0777 LuxAdmin
To the Folder
: Just give the permission to the FOLDER and the Samp Executable...
and I also delete/empty some files...
like aka.txt and a little editing in the script because \"%s's\" seemed not right to me so i replaced to \"%s\"'s
