So far my list is

Races
"Find Pickups" and claim the rewards. (i actually made something like this before)
Derby
Maybe stunts ( i never really understood how to give posts/cash for a stunt)
Misc Missions( yeah like trucking/ cabbie, bus, limo? ect..)
