Its probably a good idea to have a look at some of the scripts that come with the server package (like lvdm) because theyre quite simple and easy to understand add a few things for em, and debug it. Then start building your own scripts. As stated by Hayden_Bruin the wiki is an exellent source of information on sa-mp scripting.
