I am trying to unban somebody and it says banned=1 which means the person is banned, and I change it to banned=0 means unbanned, so He logs on n he still banned, but the other person who was involved got unbanned and got on easily but the other person didn't any help? We changed he's IP on he's account information and still didn't work.
