Well if you like contact their support over ticket and ask them if they can create the scriptfiles folder for you and make sure its chmod is right. If it doesn't locate after that than its your side of the problem and I would suggest moving the server. Even try reinstalling.

Maybe you dont know he isnt stupid, by the way.. he reinstalled like 2 times and scriptfiles is THERE.
