Evolution RolePlay [WIP]

Background:
About 6 months ago I was part of a community that was thriving and I was developing a fresh script for it. After some rough months, the community went down and I had no use for this gamemode because I wasn't really coding anymore. I had started learning Java and C# in school and left Pawn behind for a while.

Notes:
Nearly every single thing in this gamemode was made from scratch, aside from the includes.
I may script again but I'm still unsure. Whatever
Dutils, Dini, and a_angles were not made by me. Credit for them does not go to me.

Features:

• Advanced Weather System: IE: Can't rain after a dust storm
• New Player Tutorial: Go to bank and create an account and get your debit card
• House System: Built to be temporary but it can work for permanent too. Build a house and set it for sale or rent. Multiple houses can use the same interior by way of virtual worlds
• Vehicle System: Buy and sell cars, there is also resale depreciation
• Pickup System: Allows admins to place pickups dynamically using menus.
• ATM System: Use your debit card to do transactions
• Tax System: Debit cards are charged a specific tax which admins can set.
• Position Save: Save your last position on disconnect
• Weapon Drops: If you die you drop your current weapon
• Advanced Chat: OOC & IC chat with animations
• Admin System: General commands with extra commands to create houses/pickups
• Vehicle Lock System: Lock your car and also hotwire it. Hotwire System is incomplete atm.
• Bank System: Deposit, withdraw, get balance, and receive a debit card
• Menu Based Login System: Login and register with menus
• Faction System: Incomplete: Community fell apart before I began work on this part.
• Debit Cards: Use your debit card to make purchases at local stores, also has PIN security
• SMS System: Chat like system but for SMSing other players during RP
• Server Side Money: Server knows EXACTLY how much money you have so you can't cheat. Was going to be part of anticheat
• Payday System: Get payed depending on your employment status and your house payment is automatically deducted. Jobless are sent a welfare check
• Wound System: If you get shot or stabbed, you start bleeding and can bleed to death. Hospital can heal you
• Medical System: Admins can set the amount per HP heal for players that want to get their wounds bandaged.
• Gas System: All cars have gas and admins can set the gas prices.
• Speedometer: Textdraw based speedometer and gas information in bottom right corner.

IMPORTANT: Guide to making yourself top admin

1. Register on the server.
2. Go to scriptfiles/Users/
3. Find your username and open the file.
4. Set AdminLevel to 5.

Once you do that, you can use the ingame command /setadmin to set someone an admin.
