Umh,i talk by my past previous experience.

The PayNSpray is an interior so u much use the OnPlayerInteriorChange(playerid,newinteriorid,oldi nteriorid)

Sorry but im not 100% secure of what i say.

I think u must use a custom paynspray (IDK if it's possible) and disable all the default paynspray's.
