i dont understand very well what you mean.

To make the character do an animation while changing through skins:
add an animation at public OnPlayerRequestClass(playerid, classid)

To change the location of the skin change:
Change:
SetPlayerPos
SetPlayerCameraPos
SetPlayerCameraLookAt
