XVK he doesnt need to describe.
1st: get your internal IP (192.168.X.X)
2nd: type it in your adress bar (internet)
3rd: There should be a login screen of your router, password is probably "admin"
4th: Goto "NAT(Address Translation)" and then click "Port Forwarding"
5th: Fill in IP and Port, click Apply or idk what shows up
6th: you may need to restart your router
If it doesnt work try allowing SA:MP trough your firewall

Give your EXTERNAL IP to your friends (www.whatismyip.com)
