I have windows 7 and i had it...
(1 Reinstall SA:MP and GTA SA
(2 Delete the map GTA SA (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games)
(3 Restart your Desktop/Laptop
(4 Install SAMP and SA again
(5 Have fun!
