[DRIVEBY BUG] DEAGLE ACTS LIKE SMG

The deagle (Desert Eagle) acts like an SMG, and will be extremely abused in vehicles, when you commit a driveby.
(It shoots very rapidly).

No other weapon acts like that (if it shouldn't).
