Hey guys,

If someone does /say or something local in my server i made something that his character does this anim.

ApplyAnimation(playerid,"PED","IDLE_CHAT",4.1,0,1,1,0,5000,1);

Now my problem is, when someone does this the anim is showing but he cant move. While ive seen other servers doing this anim with the posibility to move.. Does anyone know how to do this?
