Personally, the Infernus does the job for me. It's fast as hell and if you know how to drive it well...then you won't ever have a problem with fleeing the police or just driving. I do however like the Sultan as well. Again, it's fast, but you have to know how to drive it correctly. I seem to have some of the best driving skills in SA-MP, so I can pretty much drive anything.
