My SAMP Servers Need Aid!

Is Server Online NO
Is Server on Internet List YES
Is Server on Hosted List NO

I Used Router Linksys WR54GH
Modem:TP Link TD-8817

I Open Port at

Control Panel>Firewall>Exception>Add Port>SAMP 7777(TDP) and SAMP 7777(UDP)

No Whats should i do?
