Get NornCars ( nCars ) ... You can find it between these FSs 
It has /vehicle for RCON Admins You can park / create / delete any car , and set it on any color when you spawn it 
I think it also has /vehicle color .. It's the best You can spawn as many cars as you want, and they save in scriptfiles
