Is your game modded in any way?
Most of the times..when the mod files are corrupted or you have installed the mods un-properly it crashes the game.
I would suggest to unistall the recently installed mods using the back-up files you have kept.
Or in case the error keeps poping out or you don't have the back-up files..Reinstall Gta San Andreas
