Hi, I found this tutorial, it's a really nice effect. I tried to do it several times but I failed... I'm getting a bit tired of this. (It just need to be exactly like this, even the text)

I kindly ask if someone is experienced in photoshop can make this for me and upload the *.psd file somewhere.
