open your pawno window...
and then look at the top of it...
below the
"File Edit Build Options Help"
there are several icons... on the right side you should see a blue arrow pointing to the write... click this button or the one left to it where you see those console... if you only put your mouse on it it says: "Compile"...
also you can convert to amx by clicking on "Build" and then "Convert"
