Animation on OnPlayerRequestClass

Is there any other way to add animation on OnPlayerRequestClass.
Now i simply added:

ApplyAnimation(playerid,"RIOT","RIOT_CHANT",4.0,1,1,1,1,0,1);

but doesnt work.
