Hello, i want to set up a /time system with a payday on the hour on my rp server...

I am not too worried about setting up payday yet, i just need to work out how to set up the /time system found in most rp scripts (like GF)..

How should i go about making the /time system for my server? does anyone have any links or info hey can provide me with?
