Is /dl ever wrong? Is the information it displays ever incorrect?
|
To my knowledge, no. It may not 'sync' fast enough or if the client skips a few packets due to lag, then yes.

Can a hacker repair a car from the passenger seat?
|
Yes, however from what I've seen it can be buggy.

I've noticed a few vehicles (whilst using /dl) have a VHP of ~65000. Is there a cheat engine that has some setting for this?
|
Yes. It's the maximum value for an unsigned short integer, which is being 65535 (correct me if I'm wrong). Most programs have it as a default, however some scripts use it for 'godemode' in certain areas.

○ Isn't there a way (using /dl) that will tell you whether a car was spawned by a hacker or not? (Preloaded)
|
Hackers cannot spawn a vehicle in a script, as much as bring one to themselves.

○ Is there any other things an experienced SA-MP player can inform me about regarding VHP hacks and how to recognize them?

Abnormal turning, such as quickly turning in one direction without sliding or missing a beat. The turning of 180 degrees, classic air breaking, and tires popping randomly (vogelz) are common. You may also see modifications being added, and extremely jumping moving vehicles (speed hax), which could be lag. You'll notice them when something looks out of line though.

○ When a hacker spawns a jetpack the "pickup" isn't synced, right? Meaning that other players CANNOT see it and therefore CANNOT use it.
|
Correct.
Quote:
○ Is there an "anti-eject" hack, and if so, what should I call it?
|
I'm not positive, but airbreaking will prohibit the script from affecting position movements.
Quote:
○ What is "tank mode"? I've seen it used in ban reasons before, but I'm not too sure as to what that really is. (spawning a tank?)
|
Similar to the single player cheat that allows you to blow up vehicles on impact. It's buggy in most programs, and others it doesn't sync.
Quote:
○ Is there an invisible hack? I think the answer is yes, and if so... explain it a bit please.
|
Not that I know of. However some players may get bugged into a different VW, making them appear invisible.
Quote:
○ Is there a hack that makes your weapons "stronger"? or is that just some editing of the GTA:SA files?
|
The weapon damage is handled by the server itself. However no reload and rapid fire will make their weapon seem extremely strong.
Quote:
○ Is there a form of the "megapunch" hack in SA-MP?
|
Don't believe so. However the one using it may see the other fly back, then teleport back to them.
Quote:
○ Is there a "skin changing" hack?
|
Not that I'm aware of, yet.
Quote:
○ What is this "CJ hack" I hear so much about?
|
I believe it was when players originally started hacking, spawning in servers with the CJ skin hacking. Or it's a run n' gun exploit, C-bug, or some other form of bug/exploit.

○ Is there anything else regarding hacks that an experienced SA-MP player can give me some insight about?

Really anything out of the ordinary will point itself out. If you're unsure, but it looks unreal, ask them how they managed to do it. Not the greatest way to go at it, but if they log, stop doing it, or don't respond, something is up. Money, jumping, gravity and game speed times changing are common on the client side. They're easily noticed however, unless the game speed/gravity is set just barely above normal.
That's about all I can think of for now, as it's going on 1:40AM.
