I just downloaded a sounds from one show,more of a theme,anyway i can't get it working with turning on win 7,anyway ,what i mean is when i turn on my pc i want that that song plays.Anyway if you still didn't understand this is what i mean:

and i want to set this [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03Q1LuVoamI]Theme[/ame],anyway can anyone help me?
