My thoughts exactly. No-one (thats not insane at least) will take you without proof of your "advanced scripting".
EDIT: just checked this guys last posts looks dodgy as hell lol.
Iv never seen an advanced scripter asking for help how to install a sa-mp plugin lmao.
2nd EDIT:
These comments are not inappropriate you are telling people you will do "advanced" scripting for them for free but showing absolutly no proof that you can do anything at all.
That is very suspicious.
Also just to clarify he edited his help request on the plugin topic to say "lol thats funny" if you look at his post date and then edit date you will see what i mean.
Something doesn't seem right with this guy my advice (not that you should need it at this point) is don't trust him.
