Are you really sure you used the right settings at convertFFS ? Try maybe another one too, just to be sure

Also try to check your object, i remember if i used in MTA an specefic helipad, my gta crashed too 0,o very weird. Maybe you can try to find out (if you used an special object (in my case an tree i never saw in gta before)) which one makes your island crash, then you can remove it/replace by another one and then it should be fixed.
