get Multi Theft Auto... then click map editor.... then make your map. (after it loads.. takes a few minutes)

then save it and set the map gamemode as a MTA 1.0 Race map.


then go under My Computer/ Go into your hardrive / program files /MTA SA / server / mods/ deathmatch /recources...

your map will be there...


then go to a MTA to SAMP map converter and just convert it!
