I want to buy a laptop it have Intel Core i5 Processor i5-430M (2.26ghz) with Intel Turbo Boost till 2.53 Ghz

What means that ? its 2.26 ghz or 2.53 ghz or if he needs more power in a game it activates the turbo boost so i have 2.53 ?
