Your hardware seems to be pretty good in itself, and it is more then capable of hosting one SA-MP Server(providing this is the only thing you are doing, so no-other heavy-duty applications open).
Your 50MB Fibre Optic broadband slightly worries me, this is Virgin, correct?
While you do have 50MB down which is pretty awesome, your upload, even with Virgin is going to be somewhere around 2-5MB if I'm not mistaken. Also, Virgin tends to limit you in-terms of Download and Upload according to it's fair usage policy, it's well known for doing this and a SA-MP server is going to use a lot of bandwidth, it's possibly they may cut-off or bottleneck your internet connection.
So, the connection is what I would worry about, other then that it looks pretty decent.
