Hi,

If you want to run your VPS under Windows :

CPU : 2x 2.8 GHz
RAM : 2 GB Ram
Bandwith : 1 TB ( 100 Players )

If you want to run your VPS under Linux :

CPU : 2x 1.6 GHz
RAM : 1 GB Ram
Bandwith : 1 TB ( 100 Players )
