Well, each player on a sever is guessed to take up about 25 kb/s UPLOAD speed so i always round it up to 30 kb/s for extra. Anyway, so take your upload speed which is 3072 kb/s and divide it by 30 and you get 102.4. so to be safe, you should set your max number of players at 100 to have a little extra upload on the side.
