Yeah, what Mr187 said. Your upload speed can't handle it, and thus the router or modem automatically restarts itself. Alternatively, your ISP could place some kind cap on your upload which could be causing this.

But either way, to host more then a few players you'll want to get a new ISP with a higher upload speed. But even then you'd be lucky to get 20 players as home ISP's can't [usually] provide very fast upload/download speeds that are necessary for Game Hosting.
