Ok, so i am wondering what it is called when you see servers that have that bar on the bottom of their screen. the one that usually says
"/cmds /teles /help.............................................. ...................www.blachblah.com" (without the ...'s those are just spaces"


and if you know it, would someone mind making me one of those that says

"/teles /help /weapons......................||Crazy Awesome||..................hosted by: gt-rp.com" (without the dots... just spaces where the dots are)


and maybe have this bar be red or blue.... something pretty for a stunt server =D
