Cookie Jar Guessing Game (CJGG)

Introduction
Firstly, when i say this is "Nothing Special", don't expect anything more!
So, I was at my little sisters birthday party when they had a jelly bean jar, that you had to guess the amount of. Due to that, I have created this! It's a simple system that gets a random number between 0 and 1000. You then must guess it. Every time you are incorrect it'll tell you, and same as when you are correct.

To start the game, simply use "/cookiejar" or "/cj". If you would like to stop it, re-type the command.
