I personally use a program called 'Navicat Lite for Mysql'. This is a tutorial for the program mentioned to the left.

Click file -> new connection. Set your settings up according to your MySql settings ( which can be found in the MySql server configuration wizard ) Click test connection. If successfull click Ok on the popup window, and then OK in the Connection Window. Double Click the new connection you just Configured in Navicat. Double Click your Modertopia's Database. Look in Tables for the " Players " table. Open the Players Table.
