User Account Control. It is that annoying this that says "Are you sure" or "You need to give blah permission to continue" when moving folders and installing stuff. To turn this off type in msconfig on the start/search thing. Then go to the tools tab. Then go to change user account control settings. Then press launch and change the slider to the bottom to turn it off. Hops it helps. If not you can turn it back on if you want it back on. I find it really annoying.
