Do you have samp.exe allready inside the folder? look for it, and if its there remove it if not I suggest you right click on San Andreas Folder, Go to Properties and click off Read-Only, make sure to click "Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files" if that doesn't work if your running Vista or 7, Right click the sa-mp installer exe and click Run as Administrator
