I make a new selfmade Roleplay Server and I need Help now.

So, I need help with the Team Leader and the Cash Box.
I just have Team Members like:

gTeam[playerid] = Team Something;

But I want a Leader and a Member Rank. So how could I do that?
Sorry but I have no clue how to do...

The secound is the Gang Cash Box, which only the Leader can Put and Take money in/out.
How to make a Gang cash box. So like the first I have no clue for that.
