1. "Sizeof" is the length of a parameter. Eg:

new name[24];
GetPlayerName(playerid, name, sizeof(name));

sizeof(name)) is same as new name[24]

2. If you use "return 0" it will stop the function and it will not continue.

For other questions, I think someone else can explain them better. I know what they mean, but I can't explain them clearly.
