There are some few functions that are not compatible on linux.
tickcount() does not work properly in linux servers. Instead, you can use GetTickCount(), which will probably be as useful as tickcount() in a SA-MP script.
Also, I think that fputchar and fgetchar don't work properly in linux either, but I'm not sure about them.
