Is it 64 bit?
What's the game version?
Did you buy the game or crack the game? IMPORTANT.
Now, enough questions, time for the help. Try deleting gta_sa.set in user files folder, reinstalling samp, reinstalling gta
an andreas, restarting your PC (sounds dumb, but it helps half the time, you know). If none of those help, it would be easier for us to help you, if you'd answer the questions I asked.
