[FilterScript] [FS] PADAR

Been awhile since I've made anything for SA-MP.
Regarding the name, I was originally going to use "RADAR", but decided to mess around with the acronym (this one meaning: PlAyer Detection And Ranging.)

Anyways, it works like a minimap, just stretched out to fit the entire screen and represent San Andreas itself.

Type Outline Text color
NPC Red White
Player Black White
Self White Black

Commands:
/scan - activate/deactivate the PADAR

My previous intention of creating this was to basically make it a part of the minimap, but I eventually found out that it would take up way too many textdraws (this is primarily because of the fact that the minimap rotates, which causes the textdraw placement to be different for every person.)
Even though it couldn't be what I really wanted it to be, I hope you guys enjoy it.
