NPC Timout??????? What can be the reasons for it????

Hello, im confused.
My NPC times out after 3 minutes and I would like to know the reason for that. What can cause npc timeouts?
I used a SetTimer in the NPC script. Is that the reason? Or is it the reason cause i have used the same bot name as record name?
