Hey federal officer impersonator, anyways the reason is! becuz SA-RP has non-rper's and they have been around a pretty fucking long time so i don't know how long you been playing SA-MP but i think your also the noob clicking on a tiny url link saying get a free ".fbi.gov" address which is impersonating a federal officer.
