I got a little bored, and was dreaming about weed, so i ended up something like this, pick your choice! 
How to install?
It is really simple, just pick your skin, and click the image, then right click "Save Image As" and save it wherever you desire. Then rename it to "sampgui.png" and drag & overwrite the original one, for ex. in "D:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas". And wola, the skin is installed!
