Well, If your playing a game at a Quad Core and its using 50% of it, Than you got some problems, Most games now days don't even take up 20% of my 2.66GHz Quad Core, And having it that hot i suggest getting some more fans installed and such coolers, Because 70c means isn't enough air coming in and out for it to handle.

So either need a new CPU Fan, Or you need to install a few box fans which i got about 4 all over my PC box, stays around 40-50c mainly, And thats it should stay.
