[Scenario]

I have my GTA:SA and SA:MP set to run as Administrator all the time... To do that, right click the file and select properties. Then select compatibly, towards the bottom is should have a box that says "Always Run As Administrator...", you want to check that. Click apply, OK, and your done! Best of luck to ya!
